What is in these records of work

A record of work covered is the log a school keeps of what was actually taught.

  • Date, lesson, and the strand or sub-strand covered
  • What was actually done against what the scheme of work planned
  • A remarks column and a space for the signature that signs it off

It is checked against the scheme of work at the end of term, which is why the two are usually bought together.
